Tai dabar į vyriausybę p. Kubilius priiminės vien tik dundukus, kuriuos pastoviai mokys ir mokys. O Lietuvos piliečiai bus bandomaisiais triušiais.

This needs to be take into account and a comprehensive training strategy needs to be developed to support the implementation of competency approach.“
