šioje istorijoje pagrindinis kaltinimas buvo dėl vaiko tvirkinimo,o skunde apie tai nei užuominos.Atsiranda teiginys,kad eksteisėja kovojo su prekyba žmonėmis(trafficking).Žinoma pasaulinėje praktikoje tai labai rimtas nusikaltimas,bet tai smarkiai skiriasi nuo pedofilijos

Kalčiausia Asta Kuznecovaitė 4 metus slėpusi jai žinomą tiesą nuo žioplų prokurorų apie Garliavoje kuriamus mitus apie pedofiliją ir planuojamas žudynes

Lietuvos ryte 2013-08-31 Asta Kuznecovaitė interviu LR korespondentei Mildai Kuizinaitei prisipažino, kad jau prieš 4 metus, t.y. dar prieš nužudant teisėją Furmanavičių ir Naruševičienę, žinojo, kad Neringa Venckienė kurpia kraupius žudynių planus, tame tarpe:
1. ruošiasi mirtimi atkeršyti teisėjui Furmanavičiui už tai, kad šis atstūmęs ją ir nesutikęs būti jos meilužiu,
2. ruošiasi atkeršyti mirtimi Stankūnaitei už tai, kad šį paprašiusi iš Drąsiaus Kedžio alimentų dukros Deimantės išlaikymui.

Asta Kuznecovaitė žinojo Venckienės ruošiamus nusikaltimus, tačiau visa tai 4 metus nuslėpė nuo žioplų prokurorų, dėl ko:
1. nukentėjo ir buvo nubausti 8 Kauno prokurorai (pažeminti pareigose ir t.t.)
2. plius buvo priverstas atsistatydinti gen.prokuroras,
3. buvo nušautas teisėjas Furmanavičius,
4. buvo nušauta Stankūnaitės sesuo Naruševičienė,
5. žuvo Stankūnaitės meilužis Andrius Ūsas,
6. Venckienės namuose ilgam buvo įkalinta jos dukrelė Deimantė, kur ją mušė senelis Kedys.

Pagal protą ir įžvalgas Asta Kuznecovaitė yra verta būti paskirta Lietuvos Respublikos generaline prokurore.

Tačiau už tai, kad 4 metus slėpė jai žinomus akivaizdžius faktus apie Venckienės ruošiamus nusikaltimus nuo žioplų prokurorų ir visos Lietuvos, Asta Kuznecovaitė turi būti teisiama už savalaikį nepranešimą apie ruošiamus sunkius nusikaltimus.

We, concerned Lithuanian citizens, appeal to the governments of all democratic countries and their civil societies asking for full support to a modern day dissident Neringa Venckiene, a former judge, a current Parliament member and an opposition party leader, who had to flee Lithuania because she has been politically persecuted for her relentless fight against legal and political corruption and human trafficking in Lithuania. If she is seeking political asylum in your country, or needs refuge from extradition to the Lithuania, we urge you to provide Neringa Venckiene with unwavering protection. We have witnessed the vicious persecution of her and her family, which involved systemic efforts to silence and crush them psychologically, legally and economically. She will not have a fair trial in Lithuania, where the Parliament dared to vote to remove her immunity without seeing the evidence of fake, politically motivated accusations and where the chair of the Supreme Court and Judicial Council publicly expressed his opinion that she is an “abscess in the legal and political system” in Lithuania and thereby biased Lithuanian judges to follow his opinion because the future of their careers is in his hands. She is not going to be able to defend herself in a country where the Prosecutor General dares to announce falsified accusations against her, but maintains that the evidence is secret and no one has a right to see it. The corrupt Lithuanian political and legal system is using methods inherited from the Soviet system that Neringa Venckiene is seeking to expose and demolish. We, concerned Lithuanian citizens, are standing with her in an attempt to create a true and transparent democracy that would not be just a sham. If current systemic powers will manage to eliminate N. Venckiene by imprisoning her or harming her life, the Lithuanian democracy will experience an irreparable blow and the development of a civil society will be choked, since the Lithuanian government and legal system have been persecuting all individuals who dare to express their supporting opinion of N. Venckiene and stand with her for justice and truth.
We urge you to give full support for Neringa Venckiene by providing political asylum if she is seeking it in your country and refusing to extradite her to Lithuania, which would mean ultimate defeat not just for her fight against corruption and human trafficking, but a defeat for the majority of Lithuanian citizens who have been selflessly seeking to build democracy, transparency and justice in Lithuania. Please do not forsake the principles of justice and democracy for which you claim to stand and support the people who are struggling to deliver their country and themselves from the remains of the Soviet past and move forward to real freedom, justice, respect for human rights, free speech and democracy.
109.000 members of Lithuanian Civil Society in Parlament elections voted for party „Drasos kelias“ and Neringa Venckiene for true and transparent democracy.
