I might be wrong but If this is the same person which I know from my side, I'm not surprised about what did happened. He used to live 1986 in Latvia where he done not the nicest things.obviously the outcome were far away from the triller written above but if some people would not take at that time the right actions then probably few more people could loose their lifes.
